OUR HISTORY
Ben & Madoka Nichols
Ben is originally from Florida, the second son of his father, an Adventist pastor, and mother, a nurse educator. Ben attended Southern Adventist University before being called to serve the mission field of Japan for over 10 years. He met his wife Madoka, a school teacher, in Okinawa, Japan, where they married in 2011. They served as church planters in Tokyo before accepting a call to pastor the Greenwich SDA church, starting in September, 2024.
Welcoming Pastor Ben Nichols
On September 21st, 2024, we welcomed our first full-time pastor to Greenwich SDA church. Ben Nichols and his wife Madoka moved from Tokyo, Japan to serve our church and community here in Greenwich! Southern New England Conference ministerial director, Pastor Kenroy Malcolm, came to officially install the new pastor.
